FATHOM

FATHOM Wiki

FATHOM Wiki for Roblox

FATHOM is a Roblox horror escape game from The Crimson Crusaders. You break into a shut-down underground amusement park, work through the objective bar, and avoid a mascot who reacts to footsteps, chat and your microphone. Play solo or with up to four players. This is not Fears to Fathom: different developer, different game.

Core loop

How a FATHOM run plays

One loop repeats all chapter: read the objective bar, move without noise, and deal with Grinsworth when he closes in.

  1. Read the objective bar

The line at the top of the screen names the current job and often the room to try next.

    How the fuse objective reads
  2. Move quietly

Footsteps, chat and microphone input all travel to him. Crouch, and keep the callouts short.

    What Grinsworth hears
  3. Break contact

Grapple away, blind him with the camera flash, or hold still in a locker until he loses you.

    Four ways out
  4. Take the next objective

The bar changes as soon as a job finishes, so re-read it before moving on.

You are setting up a co-op session.

Four is the advertised limit
The main place separately reports a 16-player server ceiling.
Voice is a trade
It coordinates the team and it also feeds the monster.

Before you spend anything

The store mixes three product types and the names alone do not separate them.

Store and game passes
  1. Permanent passes

Three of the nine passes carry a PERMANENT prefix, so their effect survives a death.

  2. For this run rows

The in-game sidebar sells Radar, Stronger Grapple and similar items for one run only.

    Single-run rows
  3. Gifts

Developer products hand an item to another player. Gift Infinite Lives was listed at 175 Robux.
